The public is invited to an informational meeting in Cordova on Wednesday June 27, 2012, where representatives of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be available to discuss the Regulatory program and answer questions regarding laws and regulations, work and activities that require a Section 10 and/or 404 permit, types of permits, how to apply for permits, notification procedures, required application information, permit evaluation process, and the value of early coordination and planning.
This 2-hour open house will be particularly meaningful for landowners, contractors, businesses, and others who wish to learn about the Regulatory Division’s responsibilities and services.
The meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 27, 2012, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the following location:
