Officials with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Japan District, Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo, and the Department of Defense Education Activity marked the official start of construction for the new Sasebo Elementary School, March 1, 2017 during a groundbreaking ceremony on the installation.
