Soldiers from HQUSACE and the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade exercise planning team work together to integrate the USACE Pacific Ocean Division’s 62nd FEST into the mission readiness exercise for the 97th Civil Affairs Battalion. This is the first time for any USACE team to engage in a civil affairs mission.
