Allen Chin, from the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers-Pacific Ocean Division; and Dr. Jay Pak, from the Corps' Far East District, conducted a water resources technical exchange with the Korea Water Resources Corporation Oct. 30 in Seoul, Korea. The event included a workshop on the Corps' Hydraulic Engineering Center programs, water education, dam operations, and discussions about shared vision planning.
