Corps supports U.S. Army Pacific’s Pacific Resilience Program
U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) prepares for inevitable disasters through a program called Pacific Resilience. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is helping to incorporate more of a civil-military approach to planning and preparedness in support of USARPAC’s Pacific Resilience Program. “This transformation started with the USARPAC Security Cooperation and Plans Branch teaming with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ International Capacity Development Program (ICDP). ICDP is an international all-hazard program planned and executed by a host nation and supported by the Army Corps of Engineers, USARPAC and the U.S. Pacific Command.
