SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii - The Rev. Dr. Kaleo Patterson of the Pacific Justice and Reconciliation Center conducts the Hawaiian site blessing prior to the official ground breaking for the new 228 personnel UEPH on Montague Street. The Honolulu District is committed to constructing highly-energy efficient barracks that provide Soldiers with modern accommodations, while also helping to reduce the post's energy consumption and costs.
