Army Corps, Garrison Open New Barracks for Schofield’s HHBN, 2nd Brigade Soldiers
Honolulu District Commander Lt. Col. Thomas D. Asbery (left) assists Robert Eastwood, Director, Directorate of Public Works, USAG-Hawaii cut the ceremonial ribbon during ceremonies held Oct. 30 to open the new $35.3 million barracks on Montague Street. The new six-story facility will house Soldiers of Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 25th Infantry Division (25th ID) and 2nd Brigade.
