The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Pacific Ocean Division (POD) and the Appellant have received the administrative record from the USACE Alaska District as of May 26, 2021. The administrative record contains documents pertaining to the Pebble Mine permit decision, which will be considered by the Division Engineer when making a determination on the merits of the appeal.
