Pacific Ocean Division hosted a visit by Maj. Gen. Chung, Joo-Kyo, Republic of Korea (ROK) Army Commander, ROK Ministry of National Defense, Defense Installations Agency (DIA). Maj. Gen. Chung's visit is predicated on a Partnering Agreement implemented in 2011 between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and DIA and is an affirmation of our long standing and cooperative relationship in building facilities critical to the U.S. Forces Korea mission.
