Richard Stevens, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pacific Ocean Division Commander, is briefed by Amber Houston, an engineer with the Korea Programs Relocation Office, on the new elementary and high schools April 3. These schools are very important projects as they are the first vertical construction projects as part of the Yongsan Relocation Plan and are expected to be complete by summer 2013.
