ON THE LEADING EDGE
The National Academy of Construction (NAC) has elected Gene Ban, director of programs, USACE, Pacific Ocean Division, as a member of its 2017 class. He was inducted October 26 at the NAC Annual Meeting, which was held at the Fairmont Georgetown. Ban was cited by the Academy as a strategist and top civilian in the Army Senior Executive Service who has provided leadership to multi-agency military construction programs involving international host nations, territories, and governments.
