The Pacific Ocean Division supports the government's policy of placing a fair proportion of contracts with qualified small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/minority institutions, service-disabled and veteran-owned business concerns.
We consider small business to be the heart of the U.S. economy and a vital part of the Corps' procurement process. To that end, Ms. Raynette Gurney has been appointed Assistant Director to manage the Pacific Ocean Division's Small Business Program.
